FAQ
How do I convert to a Hangul file?
Drop a Word file and it is read right away. Click [Save as HWP] below to get a .hwpx file.
Is the file .hwp or .hwpx?
It is .hwpx, the current Hangul format. It opens in recent versions of Hancom Office Hangul and the Hangul Viewer.
Does it look exactly like the original?
No. The document is rebuilt from the text, tables, images and headings. Fonts, colors and page layout differ.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and converted only inside your browser. Nothing is sent to any server, so confidential documents are safe.
How do I use the result?
Click [Copy] and paste into ChatGPT or Claude. You can also [Save .md file], or [Open in viewer] to read it as a document and save it as PDF.
